🌿 Day 21 – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

✨ Affirmation:I can accept where I am and still move toward what matters.

🌱 Intention:Today, I will notice my thoughts and feelings without judgment — and take one small action toward my values.

💭 Reflection:ACT taught me that healing isn’t about pushing away pain — it’s about accepting it, making space for it, and choosing to move forward anyway.
