🌱 Intention:Today, I will do one small act of self-care — something that restores my energy or brings me peace.
💠Reflection:Recovery takes so much of our time and effort that it’s easy to forget to nurture ourselves beyond therapy or practice. But living well means more than working hard — it means resting, nourishing, and showing love to ourselves too.Self-care isn’t selfish; it’s fuel for the journey.
