✨ Affirmation:I can make communication easier with the tools that work best for me.
🌱 Intention:Today, I will use one tool — like a notebook, alphabet board, or photo card — to help express my thoughts.
💠Reflection:Sometimes, simple tools make the biggest difference. I remember using a small whiteboard early in recovery — it felt like my lifeline to the world. Low-tech doesn’t mean low value. Whether it’s pointing, writing, or using a picture, these aids bridge the gap when words are hard to find. Each tool becomes part of how we stay connected and confident.
