🌿 Day 6

✨ Affirmation: Structure helps me thrive — I create routines that support my healing.

🌱 Intention:Today, I will follow one helpful routine — even if it’s just starting the day with gratitude, movement, or quiet reflection.

💭 Reflection: During recovery, my days often felt uncertain. But creating a daily rhythm gave me something steady to hold onto — small habits that helped me feel grounded and capable. Routines bring calm and confidence, especially when the rest of life feels unpredictable. Each small step you repeat builds strength and progress over time.

Hi Cheryl. For sure routine is a great stabilizer. I wouldn't know where I would be if I didn't have routines to guide me.

Happy new year, Cheryl - great to see you back! Routines are such a powerful anchor, especially during recovery. Your daily rhythm advice is simple but incredibly grounding.

Happy New Year to you too! I’ve decided to participate in the challenge only minimally. Only posting when I have the bandwidth to read and comment but I’ve been reading so many of the other participants posts daily. I’m enjoying them a lot without the added pressure. But I’m posting a blog daily. Yours have been very interesting.
